I highly recommend Dr. Homas. This is the best cosmetic surgery office in San Antonio. Dr. Homas has extensive experience and background in a variety of procedures – I wouldn’t trust any other surgeon. From the initial consult to the follow ups Dr. Homas provided all the time I required, answered all my questions and provided his knowledge and expertise to help me understand and make the right decisions.The office staff. I have never felt so cared for by a doctor’s office. Tanja, Jessica, Monica and Lily are all extremely professional and efficient, yet thoughtful and personable. It’s a very comfortable office and experience. I cannot say enough positive things about every aspect.

I had a consult with Dr. Homas and I thought he was wonderful. He’s a 30+ year veteran, which is a huge plus to me, but he answered any and all questions that I had before I could ask them. He showed me many before/after pics and spent a long time explaining my options, not rushing anything. And he and his staff were amazing about me having to bring my 2 school-aged children with me as I forgot they had a holiday that day. I have a few other consults set up but not sure how they’ll compare. 😉

Dr. Homas and his staff are truly amazing, wish I could rate more than 5 stars. Went in for my procedure and was feeling nervous, they gave me medicine to calm me down and didn’t rush into anything until I felt comfortable. The day after my procedure the staff called and checked on me just to make sure I was feeling ok. Glad I made the choice in coming here and recommend them to anyone looking to have any cosmetic procedures done.

From day one of my consultation, to after surgery, Dr Homas and his staff have been exceptional. I knew he was my doctor when I went in to consult and he spent two hours with me answering my whole list of questions. It was important to me to have a personable doctor, which Dr Homas is! He has a great sense of humor and great bedside manner. His wife is also lovely and humorous! His nurses are all amazing and I love talking to them when I go in for follow ups. The actual surgery went as smoothly as possible and healing has been wonderful! I love my results and I am so HAPPY that my shelf of a stomach is gone for good! My scar is perfectly placed and super thin. I would do it all over again and not think twice. Dr Homas was everything I wanted in a surgeon (from the anesthesia method, surgical technique, bedside manner, amazing nurses).

Dr. Homas and all the staff went out of their way to answer all my questions and accommodate my schedule to make my dream come true. 1 day post op from an arm lift (brachioplasty) and I feel like a new person. They take very good care of their patients.

I wanted to inquire about a remove and replace of breast implants and messaged someone that worked here late at night. She scheduled my appointment the very next day within my busy work schedule. Thinking the Dr was only going to spend 15 mins with me like the others did, Dr. Homas spent an hour and a half with me. I scheduled my surgery that very week. The week before my surgery I was unsure of the size I chose and wanted to see the doctor and he took me in that very day spending another hour with me measuring my chest and going over many different options before finding the right size and implant for me. My surgery day, the entire staff new my name as I walked in and was very nice accommodating me and my family. My instructions post surgery were given to me before and after as well as to my husband. I have had the best experience with every staff member. I especially want to thank Dominique for being there with me every step of the way.

I have had 2 Surgeries with Dr. Homas now and could not be more happy with the results. His staff is all warm and friendly and very professional. The entire team has been phenomenal both pre and post op! I am six weeks post op my extended tummy tuck procedure and I couldn’t have asked for better results! My consultation with Dr.Homas was absolutely great and I booked my tummy tuck the very next day. I had two previous consultations with other plastic surgeons but after my consultation with Dr. Homas, I knew he was the best fit for me. He spent over an hour with me discussing my concerns and goals for my abdomen. He educated me on all my options and explained the procedure in full detail. He will need no follow – on surgeries and I am so grateful that Dr. Homas was my son’s surgeon.Dr. Homas was recommended to me from a mutual family friend. During the last nine years of speaking with this mutual friend I heard the many exploits of Dr. Homas providing surgery and care for the Marshall Island children that were disfigured for generations with adverse birth defects due to the 1950s nuclear testing on the local indigenous population. My friend was a direct witness to the many surgeries Dr. Homas performed on these children with great result as he and Dr. Homas were both assigned to the same military command. The standards of cleanliness and safety are significantly above reproach. Patient care rooms were highly organized and supplied. I noted that the drawers were labeled with equipment that could be found in each drawer. When the nurse opened a number of drawers in the two rooms we received care I saw that the exact equipment labeled for that equipment drawer was present and in sufficient quantity within that drawer. It was all neat and orderly. This means that someone is conducting inventory and resupplying on a regular basis. This in turn means that patient care is expedited, for care and comfort of patient, in each room. This standardization demonstrates a level of discipline for those leading and executing the myriad of tasks essential for clinic operations. Although not understaffed by any means, Dr. Homas’ wife, Ms. Tanja Homas, took great pleasure in personally working with her staff as a member of the team to completely sanitize the operating room (OR) before my son was to enter the OR. Her presence and support during this unsavory task are significant. Ms. Homas has a multitude of years of experience working in direct patient care and leadership positions within the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and X-Ray subspecialty. This experience adds a distinct multiplier to the team. Ms. Homas knows how to both take care of patients and how to motivate and lead teams in the health care environment. She clearly demonstrated this during the pre-operation phase of sanitizing the OR with her team. This ‘Lead by Example’ demonstration explains why the staff works so well together; there is a “WE” mentality and not a “ME” mentality. There is a shared hardship and this bodes well for patient care. Additionally, Ms. Homas was thoroughly involved with the initial coordination and the follow – up care for my son. She reached out to me regularly to ensure he was progressing as intended. This continued interface on her initiative further strengthened my perceptions of quality care. Amazing surgeon and staff that go out of their way to make you feel at home from the moment you walk in and until you leave as either another satisfied patient or simply a curious window shopper. My wife has wanted a Mommy Makeover since her recovery from our second and last child. My wife’s Mommy Makeover consisted of an abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, and breast lift. Most surgeons we looked into were either way out of our price range or the pictures of post-op patients were not pleasing at all. After a thorough conversation and reviewing other post op patient pictures with Dr. Hamas and his wife, we felt we found the right plastic surgery center to invest our hard earned money in. My wife was not pressured into getting any specific procedure and Dr. Homas wanted to ensure my wife was well aware of the entire process to include recovery and wanted to also understand her reasons for wanting to undergo surgery as well. Following the decision, my wife was fully measured and provided plenty of opportunities to chose what cc size she wanted to go with for the breast implants. My wife chose the 350 overfill cc implants. My lord, she’s always been beautiful but these give her the appearance she had before we had any children at all and they look natural (not like a hentai comic book). All procedures were done the same day. Anyhow, going back to the process, leading up to the surgery there was a lot of communication to ensure we were fully aware of the process for the day of the surgery and post-op care, recovery, and future visits.Each encounter with Dr. Homas and his team has been absolutely pleasing. I was constantly provided with updates on the day of the surgery and we have received access to him by cell phone around the clock. I can honestly say that my wife has regained her confidence in her image and looks absolutely stunning. Although she is only two weeks into her recovery, her stitching area is looking really clean and the results speak for their self. We could not recommend anyone else as much as Dr. Homas. I would not go out of my way to recommend him and his surgery center if not for the amazing results he provided and the great treatment we have received both as clients and her as a patient.

I was referred to Dr. Homas office by my former surgeon who was retiring a few weeks after my former surgeon performed my upper and lower blepharoplasty in September 2024..A few months after my surgery, I noticed a few spots that didn’t heal as well as I wished they would have.So I visited Dr. Homas‘ office to have him take a look at my scars from the September procedure.The office staff is outstanding and kind and attentive.Dr. Homas was thorough and explained to me exactly what he could do to improve my scars, the timeline in which it could be done and what the anticipated results could be.His explanations are very clear and you learn a lot when you go to his office! (You’ll laugh too…he’s funny!)His bedside manner: 10 out of 10 stars. ⭐️ I decided to have him touch up the scars on my eyelids, and it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time.His suture work is exquisite.It looked as if a machine had placed the stitches on my eyelids. Perfectly spaced and done with thread finer than human hair.The healing time was super short and the scar lines are barely visible, even just a month and a half out from surgery!The procedure was done while I was awake under light anesthesia but Dr. Homas and his staff put me at complete ease during the hour it took to complete my procedure.If I ever need any other enhancements done in the future, I’m 1000% returning to Dr. Homas (he also does my Botox!).If I knew then what I know now, I’d have gone to him for my primary bleph surgery!Absolute perfection, yall.

I had lost 145 lbs naturally over the span of 1.5 years and had a ton of excess skin and wanted it to be removed, so I had a consultation first to see what surgery we should start out with. I had a Lower Body Lift done with Dr. Homas in February 2024 and I feel AMAZING at my 3 months today. You would think with a stomach surgery you would have pain but I did not have any pain whatsoever. I was able to stand up straight the following day. I had my upper eyelids ‘done’ and couldn’t be happier. The whole team was professional and friendly. I have been an RN for over 40 years, even working with Dr. Homas as a PACU nurse. I chose him for my procedure because his results were great, but he treated my team as well as his patients. That spoke volumes to me.

After carefully doing my research, reading reviews and speaking with Dr. Homas, I determined that he was the surgeon to do my hair replacement procedure. He used NEO grafting where they take out each individual follicle from the back of your head and replace it in the areas that you lost hair with no scarring or stripe on the back of your head. His prices were amazing, the experience painless and the recovery fast.On the day of your procedure, he and his staff measure out where your new hairline will be taking into account your age, shape of your skull and current hair loss / hair line to make it look as if you never had a procedure done in the first place. He gives you some medication to make you feel nice and relaxed, numbs your entire scalp and puts on your favorite music.You lay in a very comfortable table with a headrest (almost like a massage table) and the procedures begins. Honestly, I slept through entire process.This is basically how it works:As the machine extracts your hair follicles, the technician separates them into categories because one follicle could have between 1 to 5 hairs growing out of it. They then split the follicles to ensure maximum distribution around your scalp to achieve the most hair growth.Dr. Homas ensures everything is done exactly like it should be and you have the absolute best result possible.His surgical center feels like you’re in a multi-million dollar mansion and everything is spotless. I had previously been to another plastic surgeon about eight years ago. I must say I wished that Dr. Homas was available then.

I have struggled to find the words that I want to say in this review due to the emotions it evokes. It is an understatement to say that we are grateful for Dr. Homas, his knowledge and experience!I spent 5 years interviewing surgeons before deciding on having explant/reduction/lift surgery. After my consultation with Dr. Homas and his staff, I was finally comfortable proceeding.Dr. Homas spent over an hour with me during my initial visit. He outlined the details of the operation. He answered all of my questions and addressed my many concerns. He showed pictures and drawings for visual context, which I found very helpful. He set realistic expectations and goals. Afterwards, we met with Tanja for the business details. She explained costs, process and timing. She was always very patient and responsive to my email questions.I went in for surgery on 2/20/25 and Dr. Homas found my breast cancer! That’s right. While completing my explant/mastoplexy, he saw something concerning and sent it to pathology. It was Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Stage 1. I had just had a clear Mammogram in May so this was VERY unexpected.Dr. Homas, Tanja and Tara wrapped us in so much love, support and kindness. He gave us information, shared knowledge and guided us on what to do next. When I met Dr. Homas and his staff I was so overwhelmed of joy that I scheduled my appointment for surgery the next day. He listen to me and already knew what I was unhappy with. He didn’t try to sell me more expensive stuff just what was really bothering me. I love everybody from his team and they care with so much heart. My surgery was successful and my dreams came true. Beyond satisfied with my experience and Dr. Dallas Homas as my surgeon. I was already aware of his great reputation from the military, so he was my first choice when I decided to get rid of the “fat upper pubic area” no amount of diet or exercise would help. Dr. Homas mentioned a lower body lift, showed me some pictures, and I decided to go for it. I am so glad I did. The results are even better than I had hoped. I never thought my middle would ever look this way. That fat pouch, plus the love handles/muffin top are gone. My stomach is so flat it is practically concave. My upper thighs and butt look great. I had an issue when I was out visiting family that needed to be addressed immediately. I was very thankful to find Dr. Homas as he was willing to quickly help me with my issue before returning home the following day. They had me in and out very quick, they were very professional. I am amazed at how well I healed up, I would have to point at the spot for you to even notice a barely visible scar! This type of skill and talent is very hard to find. Thank you guys so much!

Extremely satisfied client!!I first noticed my droopy eyes about two years ago when a friend told me that I had tired eyes. I also noticed that my night vision was becoming more blurry, making it more difficult to drive at night. Unsure of what was causing this, I went to my optometrist for a routine exam and she couldn’t find anything abnormal except for my droopy eye lids saying that just comes with age. I am 57 years old and my job requires extensive driving, many times at night, so the age excuse was unacceptable! I started researching different options and the most logical and long term solution would be eye lid surgery(blepharoplasty). I spoke with my older brother who is also a surgeon (although not a plastic surgeon) looking for advice and he recommended Dr. Homas and his team. My brother has know Dr Homas for many years during there Military careers, both serving overseas during wartime and holding high ranking positions in military medicine. When a family member who is also in medicine highly recommends someone who can address your issues, you tend to listen!I live in Atlanta, Ga and although there are many surgeons who would be able to do this procedure, my wife and I decided to fly to San Antonio to have Dr Homas and his team do the procedure. We were both extremely satisfied with the professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to answer even the dumbest of questions..treating my wife and I with the utmost respect. Meeting with and getting to know Dr Homas really set my mind at ease. He explained step by step what the procedure entails, down to every cut and stitch. Explained in great detail recovery time and recommendations (peas are very important). And even after he removed the stitches (5 days after my surgery) when I had to fly back home, he continued to reach out just to see how my eyes were doing. If that’s not amazing “bedside manner” then I don’t know what is!If anyone is considering plastic surgery of any kind, I would definitely recommend Dr. Homas. I promise this review is worth the read! I went into Dr. Homas’ office back in May and here we are in July and I am happier than ever. I have always had chimpmunk chubby cheeks however even if I lost weight my cheeks would remain the same. My left cheek was noticeably rounder than my left. I was recommended by my sister to visit doc and see what he recommends. During the FREE consultation I did not feel rushed, or pressured. Doc and his team took their time to explore all options with me and really made me feel comfortable and at ease. I went in that day nervous and anxious and left with all of my questions answered! I remember texting my sister saying okay sold Doc, Dominique, Monique & Mrs. Homas made me feel right at home (such genuine people!!!). I was sure liposuction was the route I wanted to take and also added on the buccal fat removal procedure as well. Tanja followed up with phone calls to see how I was feeling about everything doc explored with me. (best service ever!!) It’s the day of the procedure and instantly my nerves went away when I heard Nurse Dominique reassure me everything was going to be okay and that everything was going turn out great. After surgery the office called to see how I was doing and said if I needed anything to call no matter the time of day. Here I am 4 weeks post op and I there is a significant difference in my face. What we also knew and was confirmed for me last week is the post care and concern he has for his patients. A quick story: I was having dinner with Dr. Homas on a Sunday evening last week when he received a text from a new patient asking if there was any way he could see her before her early flight the next morning. It was 7pm on a Sunday and he said, absolutely. He asked her to meet him in his office in 1hr. when we arrived she was there waiting. What I saw was nothing short of a Dr. having true concern for his patient. Needless to say she was ecstatic at the results and just so appreciative that he was willing to go out on a Sunday evening to do “the right thing” for her. It met the world to her. BTW, the reason for seeing her was not because of anything procedure he performed on her. It was someone else’s doing, but he did the right thing and “made it right” I told Dr. Homas, there are many Plastic Surgeons in this town, but only one that I know of that puts the care and concerns of the patients first. He never asked me to do this nor does he even care I’m sure. But it’s the little things when no one is looking that speak volumes of someone’s character and integrity.

He is thorough, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I’d recommend him to anyone. The facility is very nice and very clean two critical aspects that I look out for on my first visits. Of course his office passes with flying colors! Even the staff is amazing! You can always tell when people are “playing the part” but I don’t get that feeling with this office staff at all! I’ve always been self conscious about my facial features. I was so nervous to seek a consultation, I was sweating and my heart was pounding. The girl at the front desk was so nice and Dr. Homas was friendly, patient and kind. He answered all of my questions and made it easy to understand. I felt safe and at ease. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to help me boost my confidence.

I am so happy with my results!! I’ve always felt self conscious about my nose. It was bulbous, wide and had a mole on the right side. I couldn’t stand to take pictures and if I did I would pose with my face at an angle so you wouldn’t see my nose entirely 🤭 I’ve inquired about rhinoplasty but was afraid that I would end up with a pinched “Michael Jackson ” nose. Needless to say, I did a lot of research and Dr. Homas’ was a perfect fit. He understood what I was looking for and explained everything in layman’s terms. As I embarked on my journey looking for a plastic surgeon I became stressed and indecisive. I finally narrowed it down to three surgeons. All three surgeons were veterans. After several consults with Cosmetic Surgeons in San Antonio, I met with Dr. Homas. I was looking to have a thigh lift and had not considered any other procedures. Dr. Homas staff was friendly and professional. They took pictures of me from every angle and gave me access to the MyTouch app so I could review my pics and follow my results. Dr. Homas thoroughly examined me and reviewed the photos. He suggested I start with a body lift, then have the thigh lift. On 11/15/19 I had the body lift and could not be happier with my results. Dr. Homas was an absolute blessing . First off I have to say that I called them on a Saturday and informed them about my lips being “ botched” by another local surgeon. They were helpful and told me to come in. I was the last patient there and after my consult with Dr. Homas he was willing to take care of my lips. He understood the roller coaster of emotions I was feeling and the embarrassment I had felt. He was so kind and very professional and made me feel at ease. They actually stayed until almost 7:30 at night taking care of me and even following up with me on a Sunday to make sure all looked good . The best part of it is , I now look normal! I am 80 years old and had a severe case of upper eyelid droop. My vertical vision was impaired and I knew I needed to seek advice. Fortunately, I met Dr. Dallas Homas and his beautiful wife, Tanja, the office manager. After determining that Dr. Homas had more than 30 plus years of experience in medicine and specialized in reconstructive plastic surgery, I sought his medical opinion. Upon, examining my upper lids, he said he could help me.He patiently spent several sessions answering my many questions regarding how he would proceed with my desired outcome. He explained in detail the anatomy of my eyelids, the many layers that make up the structure, and how he would reconstruct each layer, eliminating fat, muscle and skin. I was so thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and mannerism that decided I wanted him to perform my surgery.The preparation for surgery was perfect. Dr. Homas, Tanja, and their staff eliminated all tension and made me completely comfortable. The surgery lasted less than an hour and I was on my way home. I had absolutely no pain or discomfort. I faithfully followed his instructions on caring for my eyes resulting in no discoloration, or pain. Amazingly, he came to my home twice checking up on me, removing my stitches, and eliminating my travel to his clinic. The results were exactly what I had anticipated. I could not be more pleased. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give him as resounding 15!

Very recently my wife wanted to have lip enhancement with the Permalip implants. The local Plastic Surgeons have never worked with this and some have never even heard of Permalip. Her search scanned the United States, from Beverly Hills to New York but no one stood out as the surgeon she wanted to see. Her search was very detailed and exhausting. I watched her spend countless hours, weeks, even months investigating and talking to different Dr’s Offices and most time they wouldn’t even return phone calls. One of her final searches took her to Instagram where she found some photos with amazing results! Who did this work? Dr. Dallas Homas who was over 600 miles from home. He set up a facetime with her to get a better look and image of what she wanted. That call was all it took. Within a few days, she had plane tickets in hand and knew this Surgeon would be the one. I have read other reviews and keep seeing the word “amazing” used so many times. Amazing doesn’t describe this Surgeon. Dr. Homas has such a warm manner, splendid personality with care and concern to give her exactly what she wanted.
